Margaret O'Sullivan

Margaret O'Sullivan

is a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (MHNP) and a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse (CMHN) with extensive skill and experience to provide specialist care across the lifespan. Margaret’s clinical focus acknowledges a person’s lived experience of mental ill health including the impact of trauma and life stress, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, interpersonal, family, school and workplace challenges.

Margaret’s extensive skill set promotes an eclectic range of individual and family based psychological interventions including DBT, CBT, interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT) solution focussed brief therapy (SFBT), narrative, and creative therapies. Margaret has spent many years managing Eating Disorders across the spectrum providing medical and psychological support with an individualised focus on recovery

Being an endorsed NP, Margaret can access Medicare rebates with no referral needed and unlimited MBS-related consultations. In line with therapeutic care and treatment, Margaret is also able to manage and prescribe medications, order and follow up clinical investigations such as pathology and diagnostic tests and work in partnership with other specialities and services to promote goal based outcomes and recovery.

Lisa Watson

Lisa Watson

Lisa is an accredited practicing dietitian (APD) with over 14 years of clinical experience. Lisa
specialises in and is passionate about the health and wellbeing of women, children and families.
Lisa has undertaken specialist training in medical nutrition therapy specific to women’s health
throughout the lifecycle as well as the full range of eating disorders.
Lisa is passionate about providing a trauma-informed, compassionate and nurturing environment to
support individuals and families experiencing eating disorders.
She is also trained in several paediatric feeding therapy modalities such as SOS approach to feeding,
Ellyn Satter’s Division of Responsibility and approaches all paediatric and family based therapies
through a Responsive Feeding lens.
Lisa has a warm and caring manner and with a young family herself, knows all too well how busy life
can get. Lisa loves the challenge of tailoring nutrition to the unique needs of each client or family in a
practical manner. Lisa aims to help you form a positive relationship with food by reducing stress
from conflicting food rules and social media advice.
